Sandro Schmidlin has gathered extensive experience through various stages and positions at banks, securities dealers, and financial service providers. He stands out for his strong communication skills, customer focus, and pursuit of optimal solutions, with honesty being a top priority for him. When he is not developping and operationally managing the company, he stays in shape with various sports activities. He passionately applies his ambition, his keen eye for detail and his performance-oriented mindset both in his daily work and on the racetrack with his motorbike.

Since 2014, Edoardo Conforti has been captivated by the multifaceted world of structured products, dedicating himself passionately to expanding his knowledge and building customer relationships in this field. His Italian and Belgian heritage make him our polyglot. Every day, his strong competitive spirit drives him to meet the high demands of our customers. He is an expert in structuring financial products, providing trading services and managing customer relationships. Next to his professional qualities, Edoardo is a family-minded person who enjoys swimming and is a driven badminton player. These attributes empower him to deliver top-notch performance for our customers in his everyday work.
Roger Hengartner

Our “seasoned” team member paved his career with diverse experiences as a floor trader, private banker and for 20 years now, in the field of structured products. In the course of his professional career, he formed an exceptionally clear communication and thus creates a decisive added value for our team. He always keeps his knowledge of the stock market up to date and lets our clients participate in it every day with his fresh and personal Morning News. Roger embodies the “E” in Eriya through his experience, which together with his honesty and his spirit best reflect the values of our firm. In addition to his great professional dedication, he also acts as president of the association of former Zurich floor traders and of FC Industrie Turicum, where he himself also plays football with great passion.

Over the past three years, Melanie Struffi has gained a wealth of experience in the field of structured investment solutions and investment manager support. With impressive communication skills and a strong team spirit, she not only strives for professional success, but also continuously seeks optimal solutions for her clients’ concerns. Melanie Struffi considers honesty to be fundamental to a successful professional and personal collaboration. In addition to her career, she is also involved in sports, drawing on her experience as an gymnast, which brings discipline and strong teamwork skills to her professional career. In addition to her dedicated work, she is passionately pursuing her Master’s degree in Banking and Finance at the University of Zurich.
